I usually don't like the process of finding a new car; the hassle of the haggle...I must say that the experience I just had with Matthews Ford in Broken Arrow was fantastic. As it normally takes me 6 car; the hassle of the haggle...I must say that the experience I just had with Matthews Ford in Broken Arrow was fantastic. As it normally takes me 6 months to buy a pair of shoes, I went into the dealership on week earlier to check out the new 2013 F-150 models without any expectations of purchase. That visit went well with the preliminary discussions of the various models and a quick overview of my trade's value. I was heading out on a business trip and told the salesman that I would think about it, and get back with them at the end of the week. I know...that is usually the "kiss of death" for a sale, but I mean what I say and the salesman respected that. On that following Saturday, I dusted off the negotiation skills in anticipation for a knock-out, drag-out fight on getting what I wanted for my trade and what I wanted to pay for a new model. I picked out a Platinum edition and proceeded to agree to pricing. Within 30 minutes or so, I was in the business office signing my paperwork. I was shocked...they made it seamless and off I went. I want to thank the staff to include the sales team and business team. Mr. Matthews should be proud to have solid, quality employees working for his dealership. More

I highly recommend taking the time to visit the showroom and lot since they have plenty of new cars and trucks to choose from.
