Very Happy Customer So much to say in just a little box. All I can say is my first experience was not good and thats what took me to Keystone Chevrolet a year ago for my So much to say in just a little box. After that year and just going in to Jim Norton for an oil change like I always do because the service department is awesome. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else because of the service and the treatment I get. But on the selling side my second time around Yesinyai Pennington and my sales guy Jason work there butts to get my other truck paid off and put me in a brand new truck. I mean they worked and I didn't think it was going to happen like it didn't the first time. I had different people the first time around and it was at the old building but at the new building I was taken very good care of. I'm going to say if you want a vehicle and people that work hard in the sales department and the service department. Go see Yesinyai Pennington and she will put you with the right person and keep checking to make sure things are going the way you want them. If you want your vehicle taken care of go see my boy Kyle Floras in Service department. If you want the right sales man go see Jason Fountain and if you want the right finance guy go see Will Franklin they will all take good care of you. Thanks Jim Norton for the best experience and for my new truck. Such a good staff and a good place to be.....Also love the new building makes me feel like I'm about to buy a Bentley or something. Awesome service With Todd the service advisor at my side I was very impressed with his knowledge and how he made sure I was a made aware of what needed to be done. I CAME IN TO GET A KEYFOB PROGRAMMED AND THEY FOUND A RECALL ON MY VEHICLE AND FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY. THEY EDUCATED ME ON ANY POSSIBLE FUTURE ISSUES AND HOW TO PREVENT THEM. I FELT LIKE THEY ACTUALLY CARED RECALL ON MY VEHICLE AND FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY. THEY EDUCATED ME ON ANY POSSIBLE FUTURE ISSUES AND HOW TO PREVENT THEM. I came in for a tire rotation and oil change. There was a line on the repair order for a multi - point check. I was not told of anything wrong or needed. There was no paper report with repair order. Also, since this was the first visit there, I was not even asked my name or address. I believe they got my name out of my glove box, since it was open when I went to leave. Also my oil level was 1/2 quart low. I checked it after I got to my friend's house and it had set over an hour or more. My car is a high mileage vehicle and can't believe that everything was perfect. Always fast and friendly. Not what you would expect from a dealer, I know. Only once were they not able to get me right in, but a loaner was offered, which is always the case. All I needed was an oil change, so I went back later, no big deal. If you're needing something major done, a loaner will be offered and you'll be on the road. I've never had a problem with these people. More
