Perfect Service My car got a nail in the tire and Russell got it right in. They pulled the nail and plugged the tire in about 30 minutes. Absolutely zero damage by the techs to wheel or anything on the car at all. They really treated my car like it was their own. I know a nail in a tire is very simple, but by their quick service and great care for my car, they have earned my future business. Thanks guys! More

Oil change Great job other than spilling oil on engine. Always there to take care of me when I arrive. Explains what needs to be done for warranty. Did not mention 15,000 mile carbon engine clean at previous oil change so will wait til 30,000 since I am at 20,000 and it will not change warranty per phone call with service dept. Will get in soon for cabin air filter and free tank of gas. More

Dont go Here !!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so frustrated I took my car in for service and 250.00 later got it back in the same condition. It was like nothing was even done! I call my servi I am so frustrated I took my car in for service and 250.00 later got it back in the same condition. It was like nothing was even done! I call my service tech he says o you have to fill the tank drive it a bit. Two days later the car is still revving and surging. I place a call to the service manager and he is out of the office and no one else is available!!!! I call and get my service tech and instead of showing empathy and trying to resolve the issue I feel like I am bother him wanting MY CAR FIXED like one would expect when taking their car in for service. I would not recommend doing business with them!!! More

I sent my car to Jim Norton under the so called," Extended Warranty" where the vehicle sat for When you need parts please go to another area Dealer. I sent my car to Jim Norton under the so called," Extended Warranty" where the vehicle sat for three weeks without ever being looked at. Then when I asked why all I got in reply was that "We need to verify that your warranty will cover the repairs." Now I am not stupid so when I purchased that warranty at $1978.00 for one year I am certain that Bumper to Bumper does not mean LIMITED. In addition they broke off a part of my mirror and never told me nor did they offer to fix it. Then they broke my Key Fob and never offered to replace it either. I purchased a brand new one from them however and to show their willingness to help me program it they charged me $69,00 plus the $121.00 for the new gadget. Yep I will never service my vehicle there again. I now go to Buick on Memorial which I had used over the past 8 years. They are great with service, great to customers, and I have always been told up front if things were going to cost me. They also fix FREE anything THEY BREAK. More
