I’m writing this as I’m sitting in the dealership waiting for my car…it’s now been 4 hours & 15 minutes. I called to make an OIL CHANGE appointment and was told there were a couple of recalls on my ‘21 Tahoe for my car…it’s now been 4 hours & 15 minutes. I called to make an OIL CHANGE appointment and was told there were a couple of recalls on my ‘21 Tahoe they’d like to clear for me. When I asked how long that would take, I was told “up to 2 hours”. So, I opted to come in & wait for it since it’s a 30 minute drive from my house. I’ve been patiently waiting & observing one of the other service persons walking out to apologize to his customers for the wait, offer them a ride, etc. Not one word from my service advisor (Jacob). So, 3 hours into the process I found my Advisor and asked how it was looking. He said “oh, let me go check”. Really? Isn’t it his job to know where we are in the process & offer updates like the other Advisor? When he came back he let me know the oil change was complete & they were working on the recalls…apparently, they are programming issues & we’re going to take another hour to one and a half hours more. At this point he offered to get me a ride. 🤨 Communication has been severely lacking. Had I known it would take this long I’d surely have made arrangements for a ride. This is ridiculous! I won’t be back to Jim Norton for service. More
I have done business with JN on many occasions but I never thought they would treat an excellent repeat customer so badly. Purchased my used 2014 Silverado LT on a Friday 12/31/21. Traded in a 2020 Kia never thought they would treat an excellent repeat customer so badly. Purchased my used 2014 Silverado LT on a Friday 12/31/21. Traded in a 2020 Kia Stinger, was able to work a deal and weather conditions were very cold. Drove my truck him it sat over the Holiday weekend and we have a few cold days in a row and never noticed the AC wasn't working until about 6 days after I bought it. Notified JN and they agreed to give me a loaner to fix my truck. A week goes by and no word from the service department or a manger from JN. I called to find out when my vehicle would be complete. My sales rep said I will have my Manager call you (Juan Moreno) He didn't return my call that day or several days following. I tried to call each day until I finally decided I was fed up leaving messages and had to go to the dealership in order to talk to someone face to face. Only to find out I needed a new AC compressor and JN wanted ME to pay for half the amount to fix the truck. lol.. I said What..? No.. I will go to my lender and stop the funding of this vehicle. At that time Juan Moreno said, ok ok ok.. let me see what I can do. I will call you tomorrow.. Guess what.. Juan never called, the next or the following or the day after that. I had to physically go back to the dealer to find out that the best they could do was they would cover the cost of the labor and I would need to pay for the parts. 1700$ estimate I was to pay 350-400$, I was so shocked they were trying to make me pay anything for the repair. By this time I started to figure out that they were stalling me and waiting for the funding to go through and stick me with this vehicle that would have NOT purchased had I known the issues. I did not wait weeks nor months to notify JN of the issue. All they did was treat me like chump and sticking me with xxx they knew had issues. As I questioned them about their advertisement of 167 point inspection and their advertisement on the truck as Cold AC. This is not only wrong but deserves a full investigation by Oklahoma Used Car Commission. This was planned and shady. I have contacted David George General manger but no reply from Him as of Yet. I have tried and tried to get them to make this right. They need to do the right thing, and back their cars. I have made plans to take this public to channel 2 news. The public needs to be aware of the shady business practices. PLEASE PLEASE Do not buy or sell to these people. More
I bought my Blazer here a year ago and since then I have had terrible experiences. If you want to be treated like a “priority” the day after you drop your vehicle off, then this is the place for you. Twice I have scheduled an appointment and then had to call later in the day to be told that they have done nothing and will do nothing until tomorrow. They did this on Monday and wanted to keep my car overnight. This didn’t work for me so I’m came across town to pick it up. I get there and they bring my vehicle out with attitude, saying that they were just starting to work on it. So I leave it and come back 3 hours later before they close and everyone refuses to talk to me as my service person has left and I should call him tomorrow. I called him 4 times yesterday and the front desk person said he was sitting at his desk and he ignored my call. And now 3 days later has ignored my message and calls. They were down 3 technicians on Monday because of covid, which I do understand. I do not understand why I was treated so poorly by the service people inside. I would highly recommend South Pointe Chevy on Memorial. They took my vehicle back immediately and even shuttled me home and back because it was going to be a while finding the issue. More

Nice Service Department I recently moved to Broken Arrow from CA. My brother-in-law recommended Jim Norton's service department since this is the dealership he uses. I have taken my 2018 Silverado there twice for an oil change/tire rotation. The people in the service department are friendly and professional. My truck was done both times in a timely manner. So far I'm very impressed with Jim Norton and will continue to bring my Chevys there for maintenance. More

Worst dealership I bought a car in good faith assuming they wouldn’t sell junk on there lot. Drive the car for a month before having motor problems had the car taken in for service, never heard anything unless I called them. Then was told after the car had been there for 3 weeks that the warranty I bought with the car wouldn’t cover the motor work because the car I bought came with a cold air intake. So after another week an a half of waiting, I was told that they ordered the parts an was going to start working on it later that week. An after a week went by I called up there to find out they hadn’t even started yet I tried to get a hold of upper management about the problem an couldn’t get any one to get me to upper management. But after trying for days I finally did. I was told the car would be done this Friday after nearly 2 months of being there then they called me on Thursday night, saying the new motor was messed up an they would need to tear it apart to find out the problem with the new motor. Also I was told multiple times to come up an we would try to find a different vehicle for me except they only wanted me to buy brand new and wouldn’t even try to make things right with me I don’t know what kinda show they are running up there but I wouldn’t want to be apart of it! Word of advice for anyone if you want a reliable car an good service when you need it done DONT go to Jim Norton Chevy! More
