After a 6 1/2 hour grueling and stressful Interstate 20 road hazard breakdown and tow truck trip to the dealership, Jim Hudson Cadillac of Augusta was certainly the right place to be! Upon arrival, my wif road hazard breakdown and tow truck trip to the dealership, Jim Hudson Cadillac of Augusta was certainly the right place to be! Upon arrival, my wife had an AFib attack that would not subside and needed immediate medical attention. They immediately called for an ambulance that took us to Doctors Hospital where we remained for that evening and the entire next day. Shortly after arriving at the hospital, our service agent, Travas, had a loaner car delivered to us and was handling every little detail about our vehicle damage and repair plan which ended up being a 6 day project. During this entire time, Travas stayed in constant contact with us as he coordinated all communications between the service technician and the insurance adjuster’s approval to order and install all necessary parts. With our medical distractions, we were so grateful to have someone like Travas and the Jim Hudson Cadillac dealership going above and beyond our wildest expectations. More
