The service representative, Rob is very knowledgeable and patient with customers however the service time was unacceptable in my opinion. I had a scheduled 8:30 oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 8 patient with customers however the service time was unacceptable in my opinion. I had a scheduled 8:30 oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 8:20 and the work was not complete until approximately 11:30. This was a Saturday morning and what should have been a 30-45 minute service ended up taking 3 hours of time away from my family unexpectedly. More
