I have never purchased a vehicle but I have used their dealership for service. I can prove they tried to get me to make unnecessary repairs. I took a truck in for a defective Tow/Haul switch. After they diagnosed the problem, I was told the Transmission was “Burnt”. This seemed odd, I had no issues, transmission seemed fine. Foolishly I oked the repair. Later they called again and said the front end was loose, did I want to have it fixed. The front end was replaced not long ago so I know this was not true. When I mentioned this they said they would xx. I was then told it was fine and they made a mistake. Later I get another call and now the breaks need replaced. When I picked up my truck with the new transmission the Tow/Haul light still blinks on and off. Just like it did, it’s why I took it in. I contacted them to question this, now they say the switch may be bad. I already told them that, so I’m out a lot of money and my truck is identical to how it was when I dropped it off. I picked up the truck on 1-18-25. When I complained they assured me everything was legit, on 2-12-25 they sent me pics of the burnt clutches. I asked them for a time/date stamp on the pic. They stalled and sent me to talk to a diff person. The pic of the burnt clutches was taken on 2-12-25. Almost a month later, they want me to believe they kept burnt clutches from a 18 year old truck separated from other junk for a month? Highly unlikely, I know the service writer makes money, a % off the total amount billed. I know after the original diagnosis I was contacted 2 more times and they attempted to upsale me. I know the front end was claim was xx. Now I asked the person I’m talking too if they get paid a % on the total billed and now I can’t get anyone to talk to me. Last I heard they want me to bring it back so they can diagnose and fix the tow/Haul switch. The reason I took it in in the first place. IMO this is shady at best, I informed them I would be writing reviews but I will be honest, I’m not mad, I’ve been a customer for 6 years and I’ve had almost $15 in maintenance and repairs on our 2 Dodge 3500 Diesel trucks. I’ve never said a word or complained about anything. I would not trust the service department at the Owasso JGD dealership. At least get a 2nd opinion. Odds are it will save you some money. More

3 days to repair that's a OK. But had to take back due to huge oil leak. 5 days no car & wouldn't provide me a loaner. Bought the vehicle with check engine light on. Promised to have fixed but was waiting on a loaner vehicle because my wife does dialysis. After 8 months and multiple phone calls we just dropped it off and had my son take her to her appointments. 8 hours later. I was called told it was ready. My wife and son picked it up. I had her shut it off and turned it back on and check engine light came back on. I called back and turns out I believe his name was TJ just reset it instead of have it fixed. I got in touch with Dakota who has been helping throughout most of the process had me bring it back in the following week and has the issue fixed. Over all good experience. Just time to get it fixed and TJ lying to us has been only issues. More
