We will Never recommend your dealership to anyone, in the contrary. You might say we are only one couple, but we have heard similar complaints from others in our community. Your company has definitely dropped the ball and we still do not have a title, registration or safety check on the vehicle. Unable to ship the vehicle outer island. Lahaina fire survivors. More

The staff there was very very nice and friendly. The work was done quickly, and communication was excellent. My one gripe was the online booking. It didn't go through the system (I had made the booking over a week prior). Luckily the staff there took care of getting me in. The online booking also said they would have a shuttle available beginning 0745...well it actually doesn't start until 0800. I think you would be better off calling to book, rather than using the online portal (even through they will sen you an email making the online portal seem like the best option). More
