I really liked that I didn't need to leave work to do a test drive. Andrew came out to my workplace and I was able to check out the car and test drive it during my break. Took my truck in to rotate my tires at 10am. Got called by Kayla at 229pm saying they can't rotate the tires because I didn't leave the key to remove the lug nutts. When I went to pick up my truck I told Kayla that there needs to be a resolution to this problem because it's the salesmen responsibility to make sure I leave with everything I need with my purchase. I called service department 3 times and vented to someone else on how can I speak to Kayla if she doesn't answer her phone. Then when I leave I find out that she gave me an another customers invoice and not mine. Rosalie who also serviced her Chevrolet vehicle. I know she's new and came from Mercedes but she needs to pay attention on what she's doing. It's hard to get good help I get it but make the help you have takes their job and customers seriously and responsibility of their position. More
