Other than having to drive up from Orange County to Beverly Hills which I hate to drive in LA, it was a very positive experience for us. We spoke first with Jason before going up to make sure they had Beverly Hills which I hate to drive in LA, it was a very positive experience for us. We spoke first with Jason before going up to make sure they had the exact car I was looking for. Once we arrived we worked mostly with Mario who took us for the test drive and showed me all the little details about the car. The whole process was smooth and streamlined and Jason was direct in all his communications with us. There was no haggling needed. Everything was up front. No one took my keys and then made it hard to get them back so we could leave. No one high pressured us into buying something we didn’t want. I was beer appreciative for the experience we had there.
