Audrey was very pleasant and friendly. She is a bit new so still learning but I think she is very enthusiastic. I"ve found the upper level management to be a bit too aggressive and pushy, and not happy when they can't get the deal they want. One more thing--not all of the staff were fully informed. I was told by one salesperson that I could use only my credit card to pay for my car, but this was untrue. So I wasted a trip there and needed to come back the next day with a cashier's check. More
