I had an excellent experience at Jim Ellis Ford in Sandy Springs. My husband brought my Bronco in for servicing and while in the showroom noticed the 60th anniversary edition of the Ford Bronco in Wimbledon Springs. My husband brought my Bronco in for servicing and while in the showroom noticed the 60th anniversary edition of the Ford Bronco in Wimbledon White. He started speaking to Alex Pham about the vehicle. He got his contact and we arranged for a time to come see and drive the car the next evening. Alex was very prompt, professional, thorough. He treated me like family and gave his true opinion and what might be a good fit for me. He was not just trying to sell me the highest priced vehicle or package. I felt comfortable with him from the start. I also met with Shaun Barr briefly that evening and had a positive experience. I kept in touch with Alex over the next 24 hours to figure out purchasing the vehicle. I was impressed at how fast Alex was in getting me the information I needed, organizing the documents needed and coordinating things with my outside bank. The document signing was very efficient and quick. Shaun Barr, Alex Pham and Kalo Brantley all worked quick to take care of things and allow me to drive off the lot in less than 24 hours from when I saw the vehicle in the showroom. I felt comfortable during the whole process, never felt as if I was being hustled, oversold. They treat you like family and were truly happy to see me purchase the vehicle. I highly recommend Jim Ellis Ford Sandy Springs and most notably Alex Pham if you are looking for a vehicle. He has even followed up with me since I purchased which says so much! More
