Positive experience I had to schedule my Traverse for service of the airbags which was a 1 day repair. Vladimir was my service rep and he was extremely helpful with makin I had to schedule my Traverse for service of the airbags which was a 1 day repair. Vladimir was my service rep and he was extremely helpful with making the arrangements, assisting me with my wheelchair, and getting me a ride on the Jim Ellis shuttle which is a wonderful service they prvide to their customers. John and Tony were the drivers and they were both courtious and professional as well as helpful. My experience was very positive and I will use their services in the futue. More

Good service very expensive I took my car for a few things and ended up selling other services that could be solved in another place not so expensive. They had a service to take I took my car for a few things and ended up selling other services that could be solved in another place not so expensive. They had a service to take you home but it was not available to me ... I found out because I heard another representative offer it to other customer. It took three days for the car to be ready. More
