Service for seat repair I was in for service to replace a leather seat back. When I brought up the issue there was some dispute as to whether this would be covered under war I was in for service to replace a leather seat back. When I brought up the issue there was some dispute as to whether this would be covered under warranty and the service manager said he couldn't cover under warranty but could take care of it as a one time "customer courtesy". I was very happy about this as I felt that it wasn't something I had done to damage the seat but they could have taken a hard ball stance and refused to repair for me. I'm very impressed with the customer service attitude shown here. Very happy with the out come! More

Routine stop I had been putting off an oil change for a while, and swung into Jim Ellis on Sat morning....they took me right into change my oil, rotate and balance I had been putting off an oil change for a while, and swung into Jim Ellis on Sat morning....they took me right into change my oil, rotate and balance my tires and give the Tahoe a once over....I went back home to work while they worked on my car....as I was pulling in the driveway, they called to tell me of concern with my brakepads and gave me an estimate. I went ahead with the change and they said it would be completed by 11:00 am. They called promptly at 11:00 and sent me a text with a pay link. I was able to apply loyalty rewards towards my bill. All very easy and quick. More
