David listened to exactly what my husband and I were looking for and did not push us into something My experience with David and Franchely was great. David listened to exactly what my husband and I were looking for and did not push us into something we didn't want to purchase. However, after we left Franchely everything went down hill. We were extremely upset with the poor customer service we received after we signed for our vehicle purchase. I submitted a survey and voiced my frustration by calling to explain the situation, so hopefully it wouldn't happen to another customer. I was very satisfied with the resolution. I was heard and hopefully new processes and procedures are put in place to avoid having more unhappy customers. Thank you again David for the continuous line of communication! More

Service for seat repair I was in for service to replace a leather seat back. When I brought up the issue there was some dispute as to whether this would be covered under war I was in for service to replace a leather seat back. When I brought up the issue there was some dispute as to whether this would be covered under warranty and the service manager said he couldn't cover under warranty but could take care of it as a one time "customer courtesy". I was very happy about this as I felt that it wasn't something I had done to damage the seat but they could have taken a hard ball stance and refused to repair for me. I'm very impressed with the customer service attitude shown here. Very happy with the out come! More
