My sales associate, Mario, was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable, and Karrie in the finance department helped me quickly and easily work out the optimal payment structure so I could get the best deal possible. Poor Customer Service I have used this service department for over 10 years, but unfortunately yesterday was my last time. The customer service here is just horrible. I had I have used this service department for over 10 years, but unfortunately yesterday was my last time. The customer service here is just horrible. I had to bring my vehicle in for service in March because the engine coolant was leaking, and the car was beginning to overheat. I actually called and made an appointment for the next day to drop the car off. I leave my vehicle with them at 7:30 AM, and after several attempts throughout the day to find out what is going on with my car I finally get in contact with my service advisor almost 8 hours after dropping off my vehicle. Only to find out I will need to rent a car, because they will need to keep it overnight. Since the manager took care of me and did rectify the situation I decided to continue going to them. I bring my car back in at the end of June for an oil change, and make an appointment for a Friday afternoon at 4:10 pm. I arrive a little early around 3:30 pm, and I'm told there will be a wait. I'm okay to wait a little extra time, because I know I am early for my appointment. 3 hours later I finally leave the shop!!! No one should be waiting this long for service especially when you have made an appointment. Finally, I take my car in on this past Monday, due to the car being slow to start. I assume it's the battery or the alternator. I made an appointment, and I know my car would possibly be there until the next day, because I knew they were busy from the weekend. So I drop my car off at 7 am this time, and I'm told they could check the battery in a couple of hours and get back with me. By 11 am no one has called me. I text the number they gave me for my service advisor, and no answer. By 1 pm I call, and get no answer so I leave a voicemail. By 3 pm I am livid, because I need to know if they are going to keep the car, because I need to figure out my transportation home. I call the main service number, and the lady who answers the phone had to put me on hold for close to 20 minutes to find Robert my advisor for him to take my call. Then he tells me he's not sure what's wrong with the car, and they have to keep it. So the third times the charm. I will never recommend your dealership, and I will never buy or bring another vehicle to your center again. You guys used to have such good customer service, but I don't know what has happened to this location over the last year. More
