I wish that I was writing a positive review on my experience however I am not. On Saturday March 23, 2024 I arrived at the dealership at 8:09 AM. I was checked in for service on my vehicle at 8:17 AM experience however I am not. On Saturday March 23, 2024 I arrived at the dealership at 8:09 AM. I was checked in for service on my vehicle at 8:17 AM. When I left the dealership at 12:28 PM. I watched people that came after me leave well before me and yet still I didn’t get my vehicle back until after 4 hours had passed. The technician that worked on my vehicle (AJ Durotye) literally in the middle of servicing my vehicle at 11:30 stopped working on my vehicle and went and sat down and started eating lunch. I didn't imagine that I would be at the dealership over four hours with an appointment. I understand that things happen and that it might take a little bit of time when servicing a vehicle, however not over four hours without any real explanation as of why it took so long. As time continued to pass I kept getting up to check on my vehicle. At 11:30 the technician stopped to get lunch, he sat down and ate. Orlando the service bay supervisor told the tech prior to him stopping to eat that he needed him to finish my car before he ate lunch. I was able to watch their interaction from where I was sitting. To compensate me for my time I was offered 10% off my service price, which i felt definitely should’ve been more. I after all of that still had to wait 15 additional minutes because nobody could find my car. I sincerely hope this doesn't happen to me or any other customers as this was a very disappointing servicing experience. More

Every time I brought my truck in for 'warranty' I ended up paying hundreds or thousands. Was without my truck for months. Nothing was fixed. Even though my truck had the error notification on my dash when it rolled in the shop where I made a tech look at it before the truck was turned off so they wouldn't blow it off again. I was wrong. Twice after I picked my truck up and left the dealership it stranded me before I even made it to my destination, one of those times was after I paid out of pocket for a temporary fix to get my truck back on the road until the replacement part (which had no ETA) came. Asked if I would get the $165 for the 'temporary fix' back because I didn't even get home and was stranded on the interstate. The answer was no of course. That was the final straw. Paid out of pocket to have it towed to another shop local to me. It was fixed in 2 hours and for less than $500. After that to my surprise, I get a call that my mysterious cable just happened to show up. Months without my truck and the day after he realizes he's not going to see my truck or a dime of my company's money ever again, my part shows up. The day before he told me it could be months. Maybe it's an unfortunate coincidence, but it's bad optics regardless. And at that point I opted to pay for a shop that knew what they were doing and had it fixed. Pleased to say it's running great.
