My service advisor was great, but I’m experiencing some heavy vibrations from rear end after last service and when I called another service advisor said it would be $228 for them to look at it. The work i requested was not done and I did not check that it was. I thought I was dealing with customer focused folks. I brought the truck in for an oil change and both bucket seats had padding dropped that it was. I thought I was dealing with customer focused folks.
