Took way too long I had 4 tires, balancing, and alignment. Throttle body and cabin filter. I inquired about a ride home as I only live 2 miles from this dealership. I had 4 tires, balancing, and alignment. Throttle body and cabin filter. I inquired about a ride home as I only live 2 miles from this dealership. I was told yes. I was approached a few minutes later and told the work would only take about about an hour and a half and would I be willing to wait. I said yes. The job ended up taking 3 hours 45 minutes. This is inexcusable. You crossed the line Jim Ellis. I will never be back. More

Fiallure to answer important questions I have been going to Jim Ellis for over long period of time for oil changes and recalls. I have always asked them if there was any scheduled maintena I have been going to Jim Ellis for over long period of time for oil changes and recalls. I have always asked them if there was any scheduled maintenance needed on my vehicle and the answer was always no. I then ask them to check my brakes and they told me that I needed new rear brake calipers, truck has less than 60K on it, and it needs rear calipers. They then inform me that I need an air cleaner, cap filter, wiper blades break fluid change and new tires. Now I understand that I need tires just not right now. The total bill was over $2K I asked the service guy why I was not informed about the brake fluid change need at 30K miles and he said he was sorry and offered my a Maintenance warranty program. So basically they did not inform me of any required maintenance with the intent on selling me a warranty service program... NOT COOL JIM ELLIS. I will not be back to your dealership and will never consider buying a vehicle from you............... Very Dissapointed More
