Not the greatest experience with a simple oil change and tire rotation appointment. Waited for 2 hours when I discover my Yukon was sitting ready for who knows how long while my service advisor had disappea tire rotation appointment. Final straw was $109.95 oil change “special” with an additional $17.00 in “compliance” and “supply” fees. Very unprofessional overall. More
We had a terrible experience. Again. No response from customer service as to when we would get our vehicle back. 5 days for a repair when it should have taken half that. We cons Again.
