We showed up unannounced 5 minutes before they closed(we thought the closed later) Nathan Shaw introduced himself and told us not be concerned about when they closed. He worked with us at his desk and had a sales person bring up our desired vehicle. Richard was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We were the only people in the store besides Nathan, Richard, and Levi and despite the hour, we never felt rushed or pressured. We had questions about the trade value and Nathan was very helpful on showing and explaining the value they put on our trade. I would have never imagined in 100 years a dealership would show us a glimpse into how their business worked. in the end, the transparency and bad carfax on our trade we didn't know about allowed us to find agreeable numbers.
