Frustrating at best I brought my vehicle in for two intermittent issues, the vehicle had been in the shop previously for both issues but I was told they couldn't find th I brought my vehicle in for two intermittent issues, the vehicle had been in the shop previously for both issues but I was told they couldn't find them. Since the initial visit one issue was verified by the service manager, the second I emailed audio clips to the service advisor. I was told that the wind noise heard by myself and the service manager, that was coming from the sunroof was actually a bad seal on my windshield, which was resealed. Two days later the sunroof wind noise is back. The sound that I sent them the audio recordings of, I was told they couldn't fix it since it wasn't making that sound when it was in the shop. The bottom line, they weren't going to try anything until it would reliably make the noise when it is in the shop. Can you say VERY FRUSTRATING. I sure can. The vehicle goes back for the wind noise issue next week. More
