He was out in the rain and wind to make sure I saw and got the exact car I wanted, and all paperwork was ready to go when I arrived to take delivery. Problems that were resolved There was a huge misunderstanding when it came down to whether or not my previous lease was going to be paid off. The way the salesman explained it t There was a huge misunderstanding when it came down to whether or not my previous lease was going to be paid off. The way the salesman explained it to me and my daughter he made it sound like it would be paid off but I kept getting calls from Chrysler Capital for 2 months and kept referring them to your dealership. Never once did I get a phone call from your dealership wondering why I was referring Chrysler Capital back to your dealership. I finally had to come into the dealership with my daughter who was my witness, and talked to the general manager. After I explained my problem and then my daughter also took over since I was so upset, I received a phone call from the general manager who said that they would pay off my lease on Jeep. Again it should not have gone that far if things were explained better and if someone at your dealership would of called me sooner. I do not know if I would recommend the dealership or not only because I am still a bit upset by the whole ordeal that I had to go through. It was all very upsetting to me and I felt like there was no compassion from my salesman or the sales manager. Hopefully I can get over these feelings I have and recommend your dealership in the future. More
