Helpful and thorough. Tim in service was very helpful. He even test drove the car to see if the sound I was hearing was anything to worry about. No Hard Sales Push After going in and meeting with my salesman (Ed Daly) he asked a few questions of what I wanted. He looked up the car I wanted, came up with a price, After going in and meeting with my salesman (Ed Daly) he asked a few questions of what I wanted. He looked up the car I wanted, came up with a price, explained how he got the price, explained trading in my current lease and what to do with the bank, he explained the free oil changes, roadside assistance, he even took care of calling my insurance company for the insurance transfer. I picked up the car the next day and after signing all the paperwork my total time spent in the dealership was around 1 1/2 hours for both days!
