Brought in car due to slow leak in front tire. I had my front tire patched and plugged at the last oil change but it developed an consistent slow leak.I needed to pick my parents later in the day a I had my front tire patched and plugged at the last oil change but it developed an consistent slow leak.I needed to pick my parents later in the day and take them to Ann Arbor for a doctors appointment. They checked the tire and found no leaks. I asked them to take the tire off the wheel and they found it had been damaged at the last service visit. They had to order the tire and it would not be in the dealership until after I needed to be out of town, They graciously allowed me to use a courtesy car for my trip. I was unable to return before the service center closed that evening. I was able to return it when the service center opened in the morning at 7AM. It would have been nice if they told me that the cashier would not be in until 8:30AM. Thankfully I had the time to wait. They were able to find the paperwork before she arrived and I was out the door. More

Satisfying experience The salesman, Jeff Zimmer, did a very good job in explaining our options and understanding what we wanted. He understood my frustration with GM in their downsizing of the GM Acadia. I have leased 3 of them over the last 10 years and do not understand why they made it shorter and underpowered it but forgot to lower the price accordingly. They never asked me but some higher up decided that it had to compete with a smaller Jeep model. If I had wanted a Jeep, I would have gone to a Chrysler Jeep dealer. Causley almost lost me as a customer because I was heavily leaning toward a Chevy Traverse. Fortunately, Mr. Zimmer talked me into an Enclave and gave me a good price to seal the deal. I wasn't even planning on getting a vehicle that day but I couldn't pass up the offer. He made me "An offer that I couldn't refuse." More
