My wife and I have been looking for new vehicles. We came to Jim Butler in Linn, MO to look at a vehicle for her. In approximately 2 1/2 hours time, we: 1) looked at two vehicles for her; 2) test d We came to Jim Butler in Linn, MO to look at a vehicle for her. In approximately 2 1/2 hours time, we: 1) looked at two vehicles for her; 2) test drive one of those vehicles; 3) found out they had the truck I was wanting to buy on their lot; 4) came to a deal on both vehicles; 5) had all paperwork signed, and were the proud owners of two new vehicles. This was by far our best experience at any dealership we have ever been to. More

2024 Chevrolet 3500 HD 23,000 miles Dealership = Good Service shop = xxxx I had front windshield replaced and they tore the xxxx out of interior dash. Jonathan in service called to inform me my vehicle was done, finding later the knife or saw they used to get broken windshield out cut the xxxx out of interior dash. This leaves me in a tough spot do I complain about the damage the service dept. has left me with? What are they going to do at this point replace dash? What are they going to tear up replacing dash that will go unseen do to dash hiding all poor craftsmanship? Same visit. Service dept. was supposed to correct purchased vehicle’s pull to the right. The service dept aligned truck but did not correct pull to the right, this tells me they never drove the vehicle to ensure issue was resolved. More

The service was fine, took too long to schedule an oil change though. I don't appreciate the credit card charge.
