Even though our deal hasn't been approved I want to commend the staff that helped us yesterday. We are trading a newer vehicle, so we are upside down, we walked into the dealership a half hour before commend the staff that helped us yesterday. This did not detour the staff at Jim Butler Kia. We we given exceptional service from the girl answering the phone to help us with directions, the salesman who was spot on talking to us about inventory and the most honest and forthright finance person we have ever dealt with. We drove away very impressed and my husband's comment was, "even if this doesn't work out for us....I will direct every person I know looking for a Kia to this dealership." Never once did they make us feel like we were wasting their time, keeping them late (even though we did, and I told them we could come back, but they told us "no problem")or that our hard to work deal was not important to them. Guys, I hope that you get as many pats on the back from your leaders as you should. We have shopped a lot of car dealerships and you truly are the best team we have had the pleasure of working with.
