My husband and I came to Jim Butler and met with Andrew (we were referred directly to him by a mutual friend) to look at some pre-owned cars. We did not feel the usual pressure expected when looking at cars. He definitely was helpful, informative, willing to take time to provide good customer service even though he knew he might not be making a sale that day.
