I never felt pressured and when I had more questions she answered those. When I went into the dealership and met with Andrew, the experience continued to be a good one. Andrew found the exact car I was looking for, let me take it for a test drive, answered all my questions and never pressured me to make a decision. He let me decide if this is the car I wanted. And I did. Next I met with Justin who explained all the financing at the level of detail I wanted. Lastly, Andrew spent time with me after the sale was over explaining all the features on my new car and said if I had questions after I left, to just give him a call. I have to give Jim Butler Kia in Chesterfield 5's on everything. If I could rate HIGHER I would. I spoke to Tim before coming out to the dealer and I shared my concerns with him about my credit and my everything. If I could rate HIGHER I would. I also shared my worries about driving abouot an hour to only turn around and go home with no new vehichle. He took the time to listen to what I had to say without judgment and assured me that I would be okay. So, i drove up to the dealer and was actually created my Mark, not knowing he would play a role in my purchase. On arrival he was very kind and helpful. Paperwork was started, Tim came through on a new kia soul for me, infact I left with a better one than I was interested in at first. Mark showed me every detail on the car as we test drove it and before I left the dealer. These two guys made my car experience wonderful, I hate shoppoing for a new car, but these two made it easier.
