Don worked with us during negotiations to help meet our needs and Justin in finance stepped through all of the paperwork and warranty information with us at a pace nice enough to make it clear that they respected our business. You won't feel pressured at Jim Butler Kia. In total, my family has purchased five vehicles from Jim Butler and each vehicle has been wonderful. More

I AM SO GLAD I MADE MY PURCHASE with these guys! This has been the absolute most pleasant car buying experience I have EVER had!!! Tim Everhart was so honest, very personable, all without pressuring me!! He didn't have a "car salesman" attitude and that's definitely a plus in my book!!! He knew my situation was very unique to say the least but not unusual. I had my eyes set on the Pre owned Audi A4 and he never once mentioned another car. I have so many friends who are in cars that they absolutely hate because the dealers pressured them into purchasing it! I drove off in the car I wanted so Tim, I know I have said this many times to you already but, thank you, thank you!!!!
