What really impressed me about Jim Butler Kia was that when I first went on line, and requested some information to be sent to me by e-mail, it was! ! ! ! ! The other Kia dealers in town would not respond to me by e-mail, they would only just call on the phone. I work the night shift, 8 or 12 hours shifts as a nurse's aide, so I am not available to answer the phone during the day time. That is why I would request some information be sent to me by e-mail. Jim Butler Kia is the only dealership who would comply with my request. So even though it was a long drive away, it felt like to the end of the earth! I came to your dealership because you met my needs, on my terms. To me, that is good customer service! I am not yet comfortable in my new car, it seems like it must belong to someone else! But I am sure that I will feel at home in it very soon. Thank you for a very pleasant and stress free car buying experience! More
