This is a follow up on my new KIA Sorento. The car they found for me didn't have an automatic lift gate. One of the main options I had to have. I was told by Jim it would be added by the end of the week. After about 2 weeks I was called to being it in to be installed, but, only the gate itself was installed,my key would not open it nor could it be opened inside the car...that part was still on order. Friday my car would not start, battery was drained and I took it to the dealer after waiting over an hour for KIA roadside to arrive to give me a jump. I got a call Saturday afternoon from service stating it was dead again Saturday morning and they "think" the fact that they addd the auto lift gate might be draining the battery. They really didn't know for sure. When I checked the Facebook page I found several problems with the battery being drained by different issues. When I dropped it off I talked to Jim and he was very blasé about the whole thing...stating it was probably a bad battery...1 month old? I asked again about the part to fix ALL of the liftgate and he said they were still waiting. I am starting to regret buying a KIA. I need a reliable car and this doesn't seem like it is.
