Not your typical car dealership experience- I saw a car online, called the dealership on a Saturday and spoke with John Williams. On Monday I drove it home. That beautiful KIA blue, turbocharged, navigation; Loaded. Just what I was looking for. John was friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and I drove the car without waiting. Everyone there did what they said they would do. I got more for my trade in than I thought I would. No pressure. No surprise fees or nonsense. Just personalized service. The only surprise was that I got more than I expected: A lifetime warranty on the engine & drivetrain, including the turbocharger. Included. Not from Kia. From this dealership. (I have been in other dealerships who offered that as an expensive add on.) I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Ask for John Williams. More
These guys go above and beyond I worked with Jordan on the sales side and Justin in finance. Both did a great job answering all of my questions and making this a great experience. Jordan was very knowledgeable of the car I picked out and did a great job of talking me through the features. When I stopped in two days later with more questions, Jordan wasn't in yet. So Don Wright stepped up and helped me as if I had purchased the car from him. He walked me through more questions I had on the electronics, and when I was done he helped me get the car in for a quick car wash. These guys really do go above and beyond to make a normally stressful experience a very pleasant one. I will be recommending them to my friends and family and hope to do more business with them down the road. Great job guys! More

I couldn't have asked for better. I worked with Nate Thomas and Kyle (Finance Manager). I recently filed bankruptcy, When I say recently, I filed 2 weeks ago. My car was absolutely falling apart so I went to Jim Butler Kia in Chesterfield and Nate and Kyle gave me my options. What impressed me the most is they didn't give me a sales pitch. They didn't sell me hopes. They told me straight forward what I am looking at and laid it all on the table for me. Nate worked extensively to get me into a vehicle I wanted. Mind you, it wasn't what I came in for. I came in for a vehicle that was way out of my range. I did on the other hand get an amazing vehicle that I am very happy with. TOP IT OFF, I received a call this morning from Kyle. He continued to work with the bank even after I bought the vehicle. I am going back in today to resign some paperwork because Kyle was able to get the Payments and Interest even lower. That is dedication. Nate and Kyle had the sale. There was no reason to continue to work on everything but they did. I would recommend Nate to anyone that is looking for a vehicle. He doesn't BS you and he will go the extra mile to get you into a vehicle that you want! More

I looked at other choices but came back to Kia to lease a new SUV with the features I wanted for a price that I could afford. This is my third Kia Sorento SLX. All have been leased from Jim Butler and the second one that I worked with Don Wright as the salesperson.. I have been pleased with my Kia SUVs, Jim Butler, and Don Wright. They are friendly and provide good customer service. Don also did a good job of explaining the new features on my 2018 Kia. Don also was patient with me in my decision making process, which I really appreciated. If he had pressured me to make a decision, I most likely would have gone with a different brand or dealer. Don wanted it to be a win-win for Kia and me as his customer! More

He was super nice, and really helped make my first-time buying experience painless. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and he did his best to give me as much information as possible. I definitely felt taken care of. Justin in finance was also a pleasure to work with. Working out payment details can be an adversarial experience but this was absolutely not the case here. Justin helped me understand everything about how this process works, helped me understand where my money was going, and he was able to answer all of my questions very thoroughly. I really appreciate the work he did for me. More
