Excellence Beyond Every Expectation!! Excellence began the minute I stepped onto the lot. I was greeted with a smile outside and promptly greeted as I walked through the door. I came to purchase a vehicle but was made to feel like I was shopping for gold. Everyone one was smiling, kind and accommodating. My salesman was Nate Thomas and he went above and beyond to show me the vehicles in the salesroom, he took his time to hear what I was looking for and show me the best possible matches. I truly felt like I received one on one treatment. When I did choose a car I was introduced to Klye Robinson who was very kind and efficient in meeting my financial expectations. I was very happy that my wait time was less than I had anticipated but, had it been longer I would not have minded, Nate Thomas was very polite and continued to keep me informed on every step of the process. Other staff walked by and spoke and I felt welcome. After finalizing my sale I was walked to my car and was given instructions on the additional operations of the vehicle. I have purchased cars in the past but, I have never been treated so superiorly or promptly. I did not experience any pressuring or gimics to make me purchase anything I did not want. I loved this experience so much I have not stopped talking about it to everyone at work. Not to mentions I absolutely love my new 2018 Kia Sorento. I have a teenager who needs a car and I will definitely be coming back so, her first-time car buying experience will be great.
