After getting old school 'gotcha' from the St Peters Kia guys in 2015, I began taking that Kia to the Butler Service Dept and was impressed--they went to bat for me on a warranty issue and were great to deal with every time--so when it came time to trade, I gave these guys a try. Nate Thomas was a pleasure to deal with, as was Joel Hauk directly, with Chris Dixon and Justin Johnson helping structure a package that worked for us. When my wife saw a small surface scratch, these guys--and the great service dept---buffed it out pronto. What a difference here. I feel sorry for those who don't give these guys a try. (Also, love the Sorento...great comfortable, smooth riding road car). More

Responsive to our situation We bought a preowned Jeep Wrangler and drove 120 miles to do it. Our goal was to find and buy what we wanted in one trip, we could not find it in our area. I laid out a three dealership tour starting at Butler Kia. We were impressed that our target car was ready to drive straight off the lot. We took a test drive and the car was just what we wanted for a fun car. We had a bit of negotiation and got a small concession. The sale closing went quickly as we wanted. Our sales contact Robert Allinger finished the process in spite of his wife’s promise of a home cooked meal. Joel approved the deal at a fair price and Justin handled the financing and all the docs in quick time. All is good with the car. We got a fair deal and we treated excellently. And we called the other two dealers to tell the we wold not be coming. More
