Don Wright was easy to talk to and made the whole buying a newer car experience really stress free, and I was delightfully surprised when Justin the Finance Guy was able to work with my local bank and made me a deal I couldn’t pass up! Good except for one thing The experience was good. Randy was quick and efficient. I am busy and didn't want to spend hours in a dealership. The only problem I had is that I The experience was good. The only problem I had is that I was emailed a $1,000 trade in assistance certificate but only $500 of it was honored. Randy has some excuse about they can't apply the entire amount because they had already applied rebates and some other reasons I don't recall. I didn't catch it all and didn't want to argue at the time but when I got home and thought about it, it really bothered me. Other than that, it was fine. I like the car and feel I got a decent price. More

A great place to buy a car. My wife totaled her 2016 Sorento. Thanks to the safety features of the Sorento she was uninjured. We needed to replace the vehicle and decided that My wife totaled her 2016 Sorento. Thanks to the safety features of the Sorento she was uninjured. We needed to replace the vehicle and decided that we were so happy with the last one, we would get a new one. Randy was most helpful and was able to find a brand new 2019 Sorento just the way we wanted it. It was ready for us before the promised date and after learning of all the new features on it, we drove off with a great new car. The dealership worked with us as we waited for the check from our insurance company, but we didnt have to wait for our car. This is our 4th Kia and they just keep getting better and better. More
Amazing job and service! I was in the market for a car for about a month and I originally went to a smaller, non-brand, dealer because of a special that was going on. Needless I was in the market for a car for about a month and I originally went to a smaller, non-brand, dealer because of a special that was going on. Needless to say, that was a BAD decision. After a week or so of lies and the run around I called Annie at Jim Butler and asked her questions and advice about what was happening. Even though there was no promise of buying a car, she took the time to talk to me and answer my questions. I went in and met Jean and he was a delight. He is new to Jim butler and was very apologetic for not knowing everything he felt he should know. Well, I left the shop with car. Obviously he knew a lot! He and the team got me a deal on the car that was technically out of my price range and I am truly grateful!! More
