I never felt rushed and he was patient with all my questions and took time to ask me questions about my self and my family which helped him understand more what he could offer me that would make sense. He took his time at the end even though it was closing time, to help me understand my new Optima to ensure I knew how to use everything inside the vehicle before hitting the road. Excellent Service I just want to be honest here. My credit isnt the best i came in wanting a truck but my credit wouldnt allow me to get one at a reasonable price. Rand I just want to be honest here. There was no pressure at all from Randy when the first 2 vehicles they could get me financed on and I said no thanks. It was a great feeling not to be pressured to buy something like you are at most lots by sales people. The dealership closed at 9 pm and Randy and Donnie stayed till around 11pm that night got the deal finished and left with my car that night all with in of a couple hours of me and my family walking in on a busy friday night with no appointment. Painless to purchase Needs, types of vehicles and prices were discussed with Ms Lam prior to our appointment at the dealer. These were all done in writing.
