Fantastic Experience I work in the auto industry (on the software side) and this was one of the best experiences in a dealership I've had. F&I took between 10-15 minutes (thanks, Justin!). (In my experience, that's the slowest part of the transaction, and can often take hours!) Even though it was a busy Saturday morning (probably not an ideal time if you want undivided attention, but I'd been in the day before for a test drive so I knew what I wanted), I never felt that I was ignored. Jean had multiple customers, some were picking up their vehicles, others were appointments, but he constantly checked in to make sure I was alright. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, don't hesitate to come here. The staff is dynamic and enthusiastic. In fact, I've been car shopping for a few weeks. We were his first sale! Although he was new and didn’t have all the answers . He knew when to get help and had Jackie walk him through the process. There was no pressure or pushiness. They were very thorough in working with us and explaining options. First time I’ve gone to a car dealership and not left in tears! Kudos to Jackie and Austin! More
