After parking and walking around for a bit a salesman, Ben, came out and we began what would be an extraordinary experience. He listened, found us the ideal car within a short time and created a deal that was exactly what I needed. I closed the deal, left a deposit and within 3 days I was driving the car home. The support staff were excellent and very professional. This is a dealership I will enthusiastically recommend to all my friends. Considering how most dealerships are a nightmare I feel greatly blessed to have had such a quality and satisfying experience. The salesman, the finance man and the manager were without doubt first class professionals. Bravo. More

Kevin Kalz first called me regarding my online inquiry about a Fiat 500. He answered my questions over the phone and greeted me at the dealership when I was able to come in a couple days later. I appreciate that I never felt pressured to make a buy that day, but as luck would have it, the car just seemed to work for me and a few hours later I was loving my new ride. Kevin was very personable and did a great job of walking me through the process as well as getting me the best deal possible for the new vehicle and for my trade-in. Thanks Kevin! More
Liars and idiots Put $2000. Down on used car 2013 Honda Accord their price of $18000.00 They called back later and said engine was bad and they couldn't sell me the Put $2000. Down on used car 2013 Honda Accord their price of $18000.00 They called back later and said engine was bad and they couldn't sell me the car. And would refund my money. 2 days later car is for sell again for $20700. And after I call them on it they don't seem to know what I'm talking about. It's clear to me what happened but it doesn't matter now because I would rather pay more somewhere else than dealing with this bunch ever. Ps Kevin the owner of dealership should know about what's going on More
BE CAREFUL Buyer beware - I was sold an F150 and the morning after purchase I noticed it had a grinding noise at cold startup. Turns out it's a $3,000 repair. Buyer beware - I was sold an F150 and the morning after purchase I noticed it had a grinding noise at cold startup. Turns out it's a $3,000 repair. I made the dealership aware of the issue 2 days after purchase. All they did was offer to sell me a $2,000 warranty that would not fix the defect. I only asked them to buy the truck back and they said they are not at fault. Now it's being turned over to the attorneys. More

Some of it is my fault I readily admit, other entries are not and I am disputing them. This is neither here nor there. So the only way that I could get a loan was with Credit Acceptance Corp which is their Guaranteed Finance Lender. So the car they wanted to put me in was a 2009 Chevy Impala for $11,318 with 106,603 miles on it. I really didn't want that car so I located another in their inventory which was a 2012 Chrysler 200 with less than 100,000 miles on it. It was cheaper at $10,990. At this point, I was told that the down payment would increase to 3000.00 instead of 2500.00 which I questioned although no one could come up with a clear answer as to why. It logically doesn't make sense unless they increased the price of the car. OK, so I was going to try to swing that. After getting all of the required documents that the lender required which is ALOT, and after spending over 1000.00 on insurance to get the required amount of coverage that CAC required, I was ready to head to the dealership. I was never told that I would need this down payment in CASH. Who the xxxx carries 3000.00 dollars in cash and I was already short of that amount due to buying the insurance. The banks are closed and there is no way that I could get them 3000.00 in CASH even on a normal day because I don't have a traditional bank account. I've found it easier and cheaper to use a online bank through my school. There a daily limits on transactions on this account for security reasons and there would be no way that I could run this card for 3000.00. Not even for 2500.00 (even though I have more than that in my account). I've never heard of a dealer not taking a paper check. Now it's fine that they don't. That is their right, but if I had a 750 FICO, I guarantee they would have. The issue is that while they were busy figuring out how to extract more money from me because I wanted a cheaper, newer car with less miles on it and sending me all of the requirements that this lender has (which stops short of a DNA sample) they could have prepared me that I would need CASH. I might have been able to work something out. Now, the banks are closed and I've wasted almost 3 days. I do have a great job and I make plenty of money. Yes, I made VERY BAD decisions relative to my credit. I am paying for those mistakes. I cannot get traditional financing, high interest rates and being treated like a second-class customer from this dealer as though my word is not to be trusted even though they requested up to the minute bank balances. In short, NEXT TIME, BE UPFRONT WITH PEOPLE TO SAVE THEM FROM WASTING TIME. You also notice that NO ONE from the dealership has responded to these reviews. More
Refused to work with us on price while in the dealership. Test drove a 2007 Mazda 3 Hatchback that was advertised at $8997. Was interested, asked about pricing and offered $7800. They said there was absolutely no way that was possible and meet no where in the middle, only offering to wave the $200 administrative fee. The next day they dropped the price on the car by $1000, down to $7900. If they would have come back with $8250. Disappointing but in the end it's their loss. More

I had bought a service contract through another dealer in another state and they put it in wrong in Michigan. Most places would just say I'm sorry we couldn't pull this up. But Derek worked and worked and found it going in the back way on the computer. He is always pleasant to work with andI have to say I trust this place immensely after that experience. Lou Fusz-Fiat of Creve Coeur does NOT care about their customers like they claim. I just bought a BMW yesterday and didn't even make it back home! Now I have no ride to work and have no money to fix this customers like they claim. I just bought a BMW yesterday and didn't even make it back home! Now I have no ride to work and have no money to fix this car that was supposedly in "perfect condition and has passed all inspections and emissions." The employees were lying straight to my face... They said they would never sell a bad car from their lot because they care about the reputation of their company. Well, that was another lie. I wasn't even in my driveway yet and a giant cloud of smoke started coming from underneath the hood. I will never, ever, recommend this company to my family, friends, nobody! Shame on Lou Fusz. This was a huge disappointment. A big "thank you" to Kathleen and Stephen for insisting the car was an amazing buy and that it runs flawlessly. Never again. More
