This “great” and “reputable” dealership Sold me a car that should’ve made it past wholesale. These guys are cons that prey on bad credit. These guys also allow illegal straw purchases and don’t notify the customer of the “wrong doing”. Sales manager is very aggressive and finance isn’t any better
A dealer you can trust to buy from everyone was patient, easy to talk to and looks out for your best interests!
John Zensen and the entire staff over at Jim Butler made our car buying experience not only extremely easy, but fun as well. I would have to say from start to finish these folks deserve a 10 out of 10. We received more then what we were thinking on our trade and an excellent deal on the vehicle we picked out. Thanks again Jim Butler team.
Bought a car from them two years ago. Noticed some structural damage and asked about it, was told that the car was in a minor fender bender and that it was owned by a housewife who just wanted a new vehicle. My car is currently in the shop and it was discovered that the “minor fender bender” was a major wreck and the car was later repossessed. The person who pieced the car back together did a crappy job and now I’m being asked to pay $3500 in repairs. Now the car doesn’t start and the extended warranty I purchased is refusing to pay for repairs. The techs were surprised I was able to go this long without have any issues with the vehicle. I guess I should be thankful I got two years out of it but I’m very upset that the salesman VICTOR lied to get a sale.
Purchased a truck from them, after 4K miles transmission went out. Manger informed me he was aware of issues like this on this model and didn’t inform me when I purchased the vehicle. Also refused to help pay for any of the cost to repair the truck instead asked me to trade it on a new one so he could resell it for “$7500” more than what I purchased it for. I was also told they would supply new tires on the vehicle when I purchased it and they have since refused to honor that. I would not recommend Jim Butler to anyone who is looking for a honest dealership.
Paul And Jim Butler were awesome! Great customer service, with delivery right to my door step! Thanks for the great vehicle and even better customer service.
