Not the fastest service. Shuttle driver was awesome. Waited a bit before a service advisor even spoke to me for a scheduled oil change. The guy who checked in my car wound up having to give me a lift also. He was super friendly. My service advisor was a bit short with me and not warm at all. He was fine by rhe time we were done. Considering I waited over 10 minutes for him (he was nowhere to be found) he was a bit cold. Took over 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Glad I did not wait there. More

The staff is very apologetic if the service takes longer than expected, but explain everything done to the car and when it might need something in the future. I also get a free car wash every time I go there. I feel like they care about their customers and I would recommend any friends or family to go to Butler. More
