Very Pleasant as usual I was greeted & waited on as soon as I pulled up. They quickly discovered my 2014 Cruz needed a new Fuel pump and a Camshaft Solenoid. I forgot to I was greeted & waited on as soon as I pulled up. They quickly discovered my 2014 Cruz needed a new Fuel pump and a Camshaft Solenoid. I forgot to mention the loud chirping noise but the Technician found the problem and that was fixed also. Even though my car is four (4) years old it was all covered under warranty which really helped as I lost my job of 38 years in May. They shuttled me down to Viviano's in old Fenton to wait. It was only 9:30 a.m. Kim Hausmann took the time to call them & make sure they were open! Very nice, I had a nice lunch & then was picked up promptly when the car was done. More

I came in for an oil change. Very friendly service. I just don't understand why it takes so long to get your oil changed when you have an appointment. In fact, giving ACTUAL service by helping you get into a vehicle that meets your needs and wants is the name of their game. From first contact with the exceptional staff at Jim Butler Chevrolet in Fenton, Missouri to the moment I left their dealership with a wonderful new car (and even after) there has not been a moment that I felt like they saw me as a dollar sign, quota, or commission. They always referred to me and other people looking to buy a vehicle as guests, never customers. When looking at getting into a vehicle, I was contacted by a Julie and she quickly helped me understand what I still needed to do in order to get into a great vehicle while also rebuilding my credit. She and my vehicle specialist, Tyler worked with me after I told them more about my financial situation. Since I did not have a vehicle currently, I had fully expected to take public transit on a 2.5 hour trip to get to the dealership to look into vehicles, but Tyler went ABOVE and BEYOND his duties by suggesting that he could come and take me to the dealership since it was not too far out of the way (by vehicle the dealership was only 30 minutes away). The process of getting into an actual vehicle was extremely streamlined. I found the car I wanted within minutes of Tyler showing me the choices I had picked out. Patrick, my financial analyst and consultant, helped by asking me a series of questions about what I was looking to pay a month for a vehicle, bills, etc. He made sure that it was below the maximum amount I would feel comfortable paying for per month. He explained the options of the payment plans and gave valid reasons for why he felt I should go with certain options. He even pushed my first monthly payment back as far as he could just to help me out. I had only one hitch in buying my vehicle and it came when my Visa card kept getting declined by my bank despite having the funds for my down payment. We kept trying to process my payment and it still wasn’t going through, but I showed them the amount that was in my account. Patrick came up with the wonderful suggestion that I could go to an atm nearby and get the funds that way. After numerous failed attempts I took Patrick’s suggestion. Tyler got another vehicle ready so I could head to the bank without walking, since mine was getting a thorough service check and they were providing me with a full tank of gas for my vehicle. After getting my down payment finally, I went back to dealership and the rest of the process was quick. Thank you Jim Butler Chevrolet and staff in Fenton, Missouri! You made my car buying experience exceptional! You know what guests want and you provide it to the best of your ability. Your capacity to anticipate your guests needs and the responsiveness in action to those needs are perfect! More
