Thank you for your feedback, kemoose. We definitely understand the frustration of having to pay for unexpected repairs. It can be very difficult to forsee exactly what the problem is when a vehicle presents a Check Engine Light (CEL). The code it shows gives us an idea of where to start, but often there are deeper problems than just what the code suggests. Our first priority is our customers' safety, so while we do try to keep costs as low as possible, sometimes it does cost a bit, especially with something that can be as serious as a CEL. We are very glad to hear that everything else went great with your service appointment and we hope to work with you again in the future!
