Warranty work The warranty was honored without any problem. Not Trustworthy I went to the license bureau to pay the sales tax to put plates on the car. After 40 min. wait my number was called The clerk stated that the emission I went to the license bureau to pay the sales tax to put plates on the car. After 40 min. wait my number was called The clerk stated that the emissions test was over 30 days old. Went back to Butler to get it retested., returned to license bureau and waited another 45 min. to have my number called. Prior to test driving the car I purchased at Butler Chevrolet, I had test driven an identical car at another dealer. They have given me a $20 gift certificate from Phillips Petroleum to test drive a car. I had that certificate placed in the console box in the car I purchased from Butler. A week or so later, I went to Phillips to refuel my car and looked into the console box and the gift certificate was no longer there. I realized that the certificate was taken when I went to Butler to get the re-emission test. Not only they forgot to keep the emission test on the cars they sell but pilfer through your personal belongings in your console box and take something. I had CD's in the console that was not taken but a $20 gift certificate is easily hidden in your pocket. I had informed Butler of this and they where going to look into this and the salesman offered to reimburse me for the $20 gift certificate. So far I have not seen it! More
