Service The customer service in the service department is awful. They wanted my vehicle 2 days just to diagnose a light in. They said it would take that long even with an appointment... ridiculous. To it to another dealer they got it in same days and repairs within a few hours. More

Lack of accountability for schedule time When an appointment is set the service isn't begin on time the Service manage stated this is acceptable because they provide a waiting area with a TV When an appointment is set the service isn't begin on time the Service manage stated this is acceptable because they provide a waiting area with a TV and free WiFi . Basically my time is not valued. Given the service department disregard for those that set appointments this should not be an option. My husband trust and works with Casey to purchase his trucks but I take care of the maintenance and if this is the best maintenance service available I've told him to purchase elsewhere. This is the 3rd time I've waited 3 plus hours from appointment time for a simple oil change and rotationof tires (yesterday Firestone completed this task on our other vehicle in 45 minutes). More
Sale Rep Top Notch. Loan department disappointing. Brian Andrews is the best sales rep we’ve ever had. Would recommend him to anyone and want him again. This is the 2nd time we’ve bought new cars in Brian Andrews is the best sales rep we’ve ever had. Would recommend him to anyone and want him again. This is the 2nd time we’ve bought new cars in 12months there and we are less than satisfied with the loan rep services. We had truck picked out night before and sent all of our required information for loan department prior to arrival. Spent 5 hours there next day to purchase. Both loan reps this year have been highly disappointing. They seem unhappy with their jobs and against customers. When asked questions, they both seemed annoyed and against you. Neither one has been able to answer basic questions about warranty criteria and only give a simple brochure with information. I hate walking out feeling like crap when we should be excited about a new vehicle purchase. Brian Andrews had the best customer service and showed a lot of respect to us. Ratings listed below are for Brain and dealership environment. If able to rate loan rep services, would rate much lower. More
