Great Service Service always great. You started new service program since I was there last time for service. e-mail suggested service needs while customer waits. Ad Service always great. You started new service program since I was there last time for service. e-mail suggested service needs while customer waits. Advisor needs tell customer of this program. I was asked if I wanted my e-mail listed. Told the advisor I get many e-mails from Jim Butler they should have it. Said GM has that sometimes not dealership. I gave it to her. Was not advised I could get service message. I saw them after I got home. Knowing it now I’ll watch for it. Could possibly address while I’m there. More

My car went in to get the paint fixed There was some spots on the car that had the paint messed up. It was from the factory so they fixed it for us. Warranty Rep[air My new Malibu just stopped working one day. I had driven it earlier in the day, but when I tried to start it, the engine would not even turn over and My new Malibu just stopped working one day. I had driven it earlier in the day, but when I tried to start it, the engine would not even turn over and gave a message engine power reduced. This was bad because I use the car in my job. When I called Jim Butler Chevy, they said to have it towed in. When we got there, they didn't have a rental available. They helped me out by loaning me a car until a rental became available, so I didn't have to miss any work at all because i ddin't have a car. They got the car repaired in a couple of days and it's working fine now. More

New car When we came to look at New Cars. Dylan was the first to come up to us & ask how he could help us He was still in training but knew what he was talki When we came to look at New Cars. He tried to help us get a truck but that did go through NO fault of his so he put us in a Cruze. Witch I love very much. When I come back for a truck I won't Dylan. I have sent friends up to work with him he is o e of your best he is friendly when ever I had a problem with the paint he jumped on the job to get service to take care of it. More
