Third return-tow required The transmission linkage was crimped and the gear shift got stuck between reverse and park. A tow truck was required to get my vehicle back to Jim Bu The transmission linkage was crimped and the gear shift got stuck between reverse and park. A tow truck was required to get my vehicle back to Jim Butler. This latest incident was believed to be related to the initial transmission vibration repair. The service dept was prompt in getting me taken care of, but it obviously was a huge inconvenience for me. Now I have a scratch on the passenger side door that probably occurred at Butler, but Doug, my service writer has yet to respond back to me-I hope he isn't avoiding a problem issue. More
