Thank you for your feedback. We certainly understand your frustration. We do have a completely separate area for our routine maintenance versus the bigger jobs that are to be done by our Journeymen. We are also working on big improvements to both the process and the actual structure for checking in and out our customers. We hope these improvements will help with wait times and check in/out times.
