I was impressed with the whole process of walking in Jim Butler Dealership and leaving in my new car the same day. Do the tour of the dealership while you’re there. They’re great! Information not given I appreciated the daily calls saying it wasn’t ready. What I didn’t like was when I picked up the car it was a chaotic cluster . No one explained what exactly was wrong with the car . I was pointed to the payment area , paid and went out and asked what car was mine. A guy went and got it along with another persons. “Here you go” I’m like that’s it ? What was wrong with it ? “Call your service advisor “. To this day all I know is the Power steering fluid dripped on a bunch of wires corroded them away they pulled out the engine and transmission and replace some wires. Why ,why did it happen that happen what else did you replace is that the reason why my battery went dead a week before on the two-year-old car? Another thing I didn’t like was I had to wait five days before I was approved a rental . It’s was under warranty I should have been given a rental from day one. It was such an inconvenience. More

Time wasted! As a customer, you are asked to make an appointment for service. So you do. You go in at the scheduled date and time for the service and expect to get As a customer, you are asked to make an appointment for service. So you do. You go in at the scheduled date and time for the service and expect to get that service time and not be put to the back of the line. Kim was great and explained everything, however I do not know why we, as customers, need to wait for over two hours for a scheduled oil change/ tire rotation? Kim came out to let me know that it was almost ready and that one of the other service writers would bring out my paperwork because she was going on lunch break. That was fine! After fifty minutes of waiting I asked someone about a status on my truck. She said, "I will check and come and let you know". About twenty minutes later, Melissa called out my name. I went to her and she asked if I had any questions. I asked about why appointments are needed if it takes over two hours for this service and why i was pushed back. All she would say is, "I can get my manager" or "Do you want to talk to the manager"? I politely declined, as it had been over two hours and all I wanted to do was leave. I do not usually answer surveys in a negative way, but this is the second time in a row that I have had a bad experience with the service of my truck and this is the third vehicle I have purchased and serviced ONLY at Jim Butler in the past seven years! Looking forward to better service days ahead. More
