Sales was great, service not so much I purchased a new 2018 Silverado and chose to have it detailed later as it was already 830 pm before we finished the deal. Once I got home and it quit I purchased a new 2018 Silverado and chose to have it detailed later as it was already 830 pm before we finished the deal. Once I got home and it quit raining 2 days later I also noticed some hail damage. They were great with fixing the hail damage, they had a paintless dent guy there the next day and he had it looking great. I had also specifically asked for them to detail it since I already made the hour trip there to drop it off and got in a rental for the day. While they were great with the hail repair, that’s where the positives stopped from the service side of things. They didn’t detail the truck, told my wife ‘I guess we didn’t get to it’, and then were less than helpful in getting both of our kids, under 3, and our belongings and car seats moved back to the truck. I will say our salesman, Brian Andrews, was GREAT. he took ownership of all of our issues and even drove the 2hr round trip to pick the truck up and have it detailed while I was at work! If only the service department was as customer focused as Brian was this could have been a better experience. More

Since I am now the main maintenance care taker of our only car, I appreciated Jim giving me a ride home so they could keep the car long enough to fix everything. Bill saw to it that someone would pick me up when the work was complete. He saw that they did what they said they'd do and that means a lot. I now I feel like I can trust them to do only the necessary work. More
